I grew up in Derbyshire and spent my early adult life climbing and being out in nature amongst rocks. I’ve always enjoyed observing the world that I inhabit and its complex beauty.

After moving to the Scottish Highlands I was drawn to the seemingly endless sky and it’s connection to the land and seascape. I started on a journey to try and capture a fraction of the wonder that surrounded me. I work in mixed media, but predominantly water colour and gouache.
